All orders are shipped on the business day following the order.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased from Theraderm, you may return the unopened product for a refund less a  restocking fee and shipping. All unopened expired products will be replaced rather than refunded.

For products returned within 30 days of purchase there is no restocking fee.

For products returned after 30 days of purchase, the restocking fee is 20%.

Return Procedure

• Obtain your RMA# by calling us at 800-972-1888  Monday – Friday 9:30am - 5:00pm ET.
• All pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
• Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
• Use a trackable and or insured shipping method, as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.
• This policy only applies to unopened unused products Theraderm reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies
