Tuesday May 20 is the last pack meeting of the season before we start the limited summertime activities. Please be on time at 6:30 PM sharp. The boys need to be in their best pressed class "A" uniform. All leaders should have all achievements and rank advancements complete. Please speak with your leaders if there are any concerns. The meeting will consist of awards, announcements and rank advancements. It is scheduled to be complete by 8:20 PM. Please DO NOT leave until all are dismissed. Wednesday May 21 at 7 PM sharp is the annual planning meeting. It is a very important meeting that at least one parent is encouraged to attend. Please bring school, church, vacation, sports, and special events schedules as to help with next seasons annual schedule. This is where we, continue, change, re-schedule, add or eliminate activities. Your valuable opinion and help is greatly needed. The meeting must end by 8:50 sharp because the church choir has the hall next. So don't be late. Boys are not encouraged to attend, but only if there are no other options. Mr. Hermes will be crossing over the bridge as the new Cubmaster. Crossover Pack Meeting & Annual Planning Meeting Final Pack meeting begins Tuesday with Pizza & Sodas @ 6:30 Followed by meeting @ 7 PM with no food and drink Meeting to finish on or before 8:30 PM Parents, Please budget these 15 minutes extra time as we ask that you be courteous to all and leave when dismissed! Boys that are crossing over need to have a new neckerchief, slide and optional hat for the next rank (except Webelos). The boys need to be in full Class “A” pressed rank uniform with new articles in hand. Help is needed to set up bridge, clean up, pick up pizza, call me! Annual Planning Meeting is on May 21st in the parish center. Beginning at 7PM to 8:50 sharp This is one of the most important meetings of the year. Please bring any and all of your calendars…school, work, church, vacation, sports and academics, and any other calendar you may have. Here is where we make all of the schedules and make any necessary changes such as improve, modify or delete activities. Again, one or both parents are very highly encouraged to attend.
